How to participate in the campaign?

Who can participate in the campaign?
The campaign is open to individuals with legal capacity over the age of 18 who are residents or non-residents of Ukraine. Non-residents must have a taxpayer registration number (TIN).
What is the duration of the campaign?
The promotion lasts from 05.08.2024 to 05.01.2025 inclusive and consists of 22 stages, each of which lasts one week.
Can I open only one deposit?
The number of Deposits made by one Campaign Participant in accordance with the Rules is not limited
How are the winners of the campaign determined?
Every week, the bank determines one main and one reserve winner among all deposits of the campaign participants by random selection using random.org
And the Bank informs the winners by phone call to the numbers provided when making a deposit. If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 days, the right to the reward is transferred to the reserve winner.
Can I win several times?
Each Campaign Winner is entitled to receive only one Campaign Reward during the Campaign Period
What documents are required for opening?
For residents:
- passport or a document replacing it;
- a certificate confirming the registration number of the taxpayer's account card.
For non-residents:
- passport document;
Do you offer any additional related services?
There are no additional and related services provided by the bank, credit intermediaries or third parties.

Warning
1. Consequences for the client in case of using the banking service or failure to fulfil obligations under the agreement on the provision of this banking service:
- Profit received from deposit operations is subject to income taxation in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
- If the depositor receives benefits or subsidies, the receipt of additional income may result in their loss.
- When funds are credited to a deposit account opened with the Bank, the Bank shall, under the terms of the agreement, return them and the depositor shall pay for the Bank's services.
2. Consequences for the client in case of his/her untimely application to the bank for the return of funds raised under the bank deposit agreement:
- In case of untimely application of the depositor to the bank for the return of funds raised under the bank deposit agreement, such a deposit will be prolonged for the same term and on the same terms as it was made in accordance with the terms of the deposit agreement, except for the interest rate applicable to the Bank on the date of deposit prolongation.
- In case of absence/cancellation of the extension, the deposit amount with accrued interest will be paid to the account specified in the deposit agreement.
3. The Bank shall be prohibited from requiring the Client to purchase any goods or services from the Bank, a related or affiliated person as a prerequisite for the provision of these services (except for the provision of a package of banking services).
4. The Bank shall not be entitled to unilaterally amend agreements concluded with customers, unless otherwise provided by the agreement or the law.
5. The client has the right to withdraw from the banking service agreement, if such right is provided by law.
6. The Client has the right to refuse to receive advertising materials via remote electronic service channels.
7. After the termination of the banking service agreement, including in connection with the expiration, termination or fulfilment of such an agreement, the client has the right to request information (certificate) from the bank regarding the fulfilment by the parties of their obligations under the agreement, including information (certificate) on the absence of debt and fulfilment of the client's obligations under the agreement in full, which the bank provides in the form of a paper or electronic document (at the client's choice) within five business days from the date of receipt of the request.
