WORKING HOURS OF BRANCHES:

bank deposit box is available daily from 9.15 to 17.30;
cash desk is open from 9.00 to 17.30;
branches are open from Monday to Friday without a break from 9.00 to 18.00.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

In order to use our deposit box, you need to read the memo for the customers about its contents, as Piraeus Bank does not accept for storage the following:

weapons;
ammunition;
explosives;
chemicals, radioactive and narcotic substances;
other items that are not part of valuables or documents.

In order to gain access to the deposit box, you must use the key to it, an individual card and name the code word that is specified when concluding an agreement with the bank.

IMPORTANT

* Depending on the city, the fee for renting a deposit box at the bank may vary according to the size of the deposit box or service.

In order to rent a deposit box in a bank in Kyiv, the customer must present a passport or other identity document, as well as an identification code to the bank manager.
