Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
• Proven experience as a PR Specialist or similar role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
• Knowledge of PR best practices, media relations, and crisis communications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in PR tools and software for media monitoring and reporting.
• Social media management experience
  
  Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute PR campaigns to increase the bank's brand awareness, bank services awareness in the Ukrainian market.
• Create press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to promote the bank's services and initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international media outlets to secure press coverage.
• Organize and manage events, press conferences, and interviews to enhance the bank's public image.
• Support sponsorship and ESG, charity projects of the bank. 
• Monitor and analyze media coverage to assess the effectiveness of PR strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
• Bank social media development (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) 
• Assist in promoting the bank's CEO thought leadership articles, interviews, and speaking engagements. The PR Specialist's role in promoting the CEO of the bank is essential for shaping his public image, increasing visibility, and positioning him as a trusted leader in the industry.
