Dear Customers,

On April 26, 2025, a technical failure occurred at one of the commercial data centers serving multiple banks across Ukraine. As a result, there were temporary disruptions in the operation of certain services of our Bank, as well as other financial institutions.

The incident was caused by an accident during scheduled maintenance works at the data center.

We emphasize that this situation was not related to any cyberattack or external interference.

All Piraeus Bank systems were promptly restored and are now operating normally.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding and trust.
