Termination of Western Union International Money Transfer Services

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that as of August 15, 2025, Piraeus Bank will discontinue the provision of money sending and receiving services through the Western Union international payment system. This means that after this date, it will no longer be possible to send or receive money transfers via Western Union at our bank branches.

How this will affect customers

Until August 15, 2025 (inclusive), you can:
- Send money transfers via Western Union;
- Receive money transfers at any Piraeus Bank branch where this service is available.
After August 15, 2025, the service will be unavailable at all bank branches.
- Any transfers not collected by this date can still be received at other Western Union service locations across Ukraine.
