Due to a large-scale cyberattack on Ukraine's state registries, the following services at Piraeus Bank are temporarily unavailable:
- Online registration of new individual clients via the Winbank app.
- Opening accounts for business clients in branches due to the inability to obtain an extract from the Unified State Register (EDR). Expected restoration: 25.12.24.
According to preliminary information, full restoration of registry operations may take up to two weeks.
Additionally, there may be temporary delays in business client payments due to verification queues.
All other services and operations are functioning as usual.
We are working closely with state authorities to restore access to all services as soon as possible and will keep you promptly informed of any updates.
