Technical Maintenance on May 19: Temporary Service Limitations Schedule

Dear customers,

To improve our systems related to card and electronic services, scheduled technical maintenance will take place on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. We are doing everything possible to make your experience with Winbank even more convenient and stable.

Please take note of the temporary service limitations schedule:

Nighttime (from May 18 to May 19): 01:00 AM – 05:00 AM
For up to 90 minutes during this period, the following services may be unavailable:

  • card payments in stores and online;
  • cash withdrawals at branches and ATMs;
  • card-to-card (P2P) transfers;
  • payments from card accounts in Winbank.

Evening (May 19): 08:00 PM – 11:00 PM
The following features will be temporarily unavailable in the Winbank app:

  • new customer registration (onboarding) and BankID;
  • opening new cards and deposits.

We recommend completing important transactions in advance.
