Scheduled Technical Maintenance from February 6 to February 9, 2026

Dear Clients and Partners, 

Scheduled technical maintenance will be carried out in the Bank’s systems to upgrade Winbank services and improve their speed and stability. 

Maintenance schedule: 

  • from Friday to Saturday (February 6–7) — 02:00–06:00 
  • from Sunday to Monday (February 8–9) — 02:00–06:00 

During the maintenance period: 

  • Winbank and Winbank Business services will be temporarily unavailable during the specified nighttime hours; 
  • slower service performance may be observed throughout Saturday and Sunday (February 7–8). 

Important
 
Card payments in online stores and retail outlets will continue to operate as usual. However, during the maintenance window (02:00–06:00), push notifications for transactions may not be delivered, and transactions may appear in the history with a delay. 

We always schedule technical updates during periods of minimal operational activity. If you are planning important payments, we recommend completing them before the maintenance begins or after it ends.
