Termination of MoneyGram Services

Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you that, effective 2 March 2026, Piraeus Bank will terminate the provision of MoneyGram services for sending and receiving funds.
This means that after this date, it will no longer be possible to send or receive money transfers via MoneyGram at our bank branches.

How this affects clients:

Until 27 February 2026 inclusive, you can:

Send money transfers via MoneyGram
Receive funds sent to you at any Piraeus Bank branch where the service is available

After 2 March 2026, the service will no longer be available at any bank branch.

Any transfers not collected by this date can still be received at other MoneyGram service points in Ukraine.
