December 31, 2025

• Branches: from 09:00 to 15:00
• Cash desks: from 09:00 to 13:00

January 1, 2026

• Branches: from 11:00 to 17:30
• Cash desks: from 11:00 to 17:00

January 2, 2026

• Branches and cash desks operate as usual.

Payments and transactions for retail clients via the Winbank app

From December 30, 2025, to January 2, 2026, payments and transfers in the national currency, as well as the purchase and sale of foreign currency, will be processed as usual. All other Winbank services will be available without restrictions.

Payments and transactions for business clients

December 30, 2025

• Payments in the national currency — processed as usual.
• Purchase and sale of foreign currency — processed as usual.
• Foreign currency payments — processed as usual.

December 31, 2025

• Payments in the national currency — processed as usual.
• Requests for the purchase, sale, and conversion of foreign currency are accepted from 09:00 to 11:00.
• Foreign currency payment instructions are accepted by the Bank as follows:
  • US dollars and euros — from 09:00 to 14:00;
  • Polish zloty — from 09:00 to 12:00;
  • British pounds and Swiss francs — from 09:00 to 11:00.

January 1, 2026

• Payments in the national currency — processed as usual.
• Purchase and sale of foreign currency — processed as usual.
• Foreign currency payments are executed with a value date of January 2, 2026.

January 2, 2026

• Business transactions are processed as usual, without restrictions.
• Payments to the State Treasury Service of Ukraine for retail and business clients

December 30, 2025

• The last day in 2025 for executing payments to the State Treasury Service of Ukraine.
• Foreign currency payments from the State Treasury Service of Ukraine are executed until 13:00.

December 31, 2025, and January 1, 2026

• Payments to the State Treasury Service of Ukraine created on these days will be executed on January 2, 2026.

January 2, 2026

• Payments to the State Treasury Service of Ukraine are processed as usual.
