28 February 2025

Piraeus Bank has been named the winner in the "Business Savings Bank" category for small private banks in the "Banks of the Year – 2025" ranking, demonstrating the highest growth in UAH and foreign currency funds of legal entities.
The award ceremony took place on February 25 as part of the XI Legal Banking Forum, organized by Financial Club and Legal Practice publishing house.

The ranking was based on official bank reporting data published by the National Bank of Ukraine for the period from January 1, 2024, to December 1, 2024. The key evaluation criteria included the dynamics of deposit and loan portfolios of both individuals and businesses.

All participating banks were divided into three groups:
•    State-owned banks
•    Large private banks (with net assets exceeding UAH 20 billion)
•    Small private banks (with net assets under UAH 20 billion)

Each group was analyzed separately to ensure an objective assessment of the banks' performance in their respective segments.

Iryna Stakhurska, a member of the Management Board of Piraeus Bank, who accepted the award on stage, stated:
"This recognition is a testament to our clients' trust and the effectiveness of our bank’s strategy. We are committed to providing the best conditions for our clients to preserve and grow their funds. We sincerely thank our clients for choosing Piraeus Bank and our partners for their high evaluation of our work."
