Starting from October 1, 2024, the access conditions to lounge areas with your Visa Platinum card from Piraeus Bank will change.

The VISA payment system, in partnership with DragonPass, has developed a unique solution – the Visa Airport Companion app. This app provides access to more than 1,200 lounges worldwide.

To use the Visa Airport Companion service, you need to download the app from the App Store on your iPhone or Google Play Store, or access it through the VisaUkraine ChatBot.

To gain access through the app, follow these steps:

1. Download the Visa Airport Companion app from the App Store on your iPhone or Google Play Store.
2. Register your Visa Platinum card in the app to receive access to privileges in the relevant lounges.
3. Choose the lounge you wish to access and click the "Entry" button.
4. Click the "Membership" button to obtain your digital membership and QR code for entry.

When connecting through the VisaUkraine ChatBot:

1. Launch the VisaUkraine ChatBot in WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram.
2. Find the Lounge button in the main menu.
3. Check the availability of the service for the added cards.
4. Click the "Get Digital Membership Card" button to obtain digital access and a QR code for entry to the lounge area.

Please note that starting October 1, 2024:

• Access to the lounge will only be available through the Visa Airport Companion app or the Visa ChatBot;
• The physical card will not allow entry to the lounge area.
