Piraeus Bank is upgrading its online banking system for business clients. 
Starting from December 1, 2025, the old system Piraeus Online Banking (iFOBS) will be disabled and no longer available for use. It is important to note that the payroll management functionality will remain available in Piraeus Online Banking (iFOBS), so this system will continue to be accessible to clients who process salary payments for their employees through Piraeus Bank.

To ensure uninterrupted access to your accounts and avoid any disruption to your business operations, we recommend switching to the new platform — Winbank Business — in advance, by December 1, 2025.

About Winbank Business 

Winbank Business is a new-generation online banking solution designed to meet the modern needs of business clients, with international security standards and user-friendly functionality. It allows you to manage your company’s finances quickly, easily, and without limitations, from any device at any time. 

The system was launched in March 2025, and the majority of the bank’s corporate clients are already successfully using the new platform. 

How to Transition to Winbank Business 

1. Check your login credentials. Your Winbank Business login and password were sent to you in March 2025 via Viber or SMS. 

2. If you do not have access, please contact your account manager or the Bank’s Contact Center to receive your credentials again. No branch visit is required. 

3. Log in to the system here: Winbank Business. The link is also available on https://www.piraeusbank.ua/en in the “Business” section.

Why Transition Now 

After December 1, 2025, the iFOBS system will be fully deactivated, and clients who do not have payroll projects with Piraeus Bank will no longer have access to it. By switching to Winbank Business in advance, you will ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations.
