Piraeus Bank Introduces Personal Data Updating Service in Winbank Mobile Application via Diia

Piraeus Bank is thrilled to announce the launch of a seamless personal data updating service within its Winbank mobile application, utilizing the capabilities of Diia. This new service enables our customers to effortlessly and securely update their personal information without the need to visit a bank branch. 

Updating information is now a straightforward process, consisting of a few simple steps: 

  1. Authenticate in the Winbank App: Customers begin by completing standard authentication using a password or biometric data to enter. 

  1. Receive a Notification: Upon authentication, customers will see a notification prompting them to re-identify. By clicking on this notification, they will be redirected to a page with detailed information on updating their data, where they can seamlessly download the necessary documents from Diia. 

  1. Liveness Detection Photo Fixation: Customers then proceed to the liveness detection photo fixation step, following on-screen instructions to complete the process.
