Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you that, starting from March 27, 2025, the updated versions of the “SMART”, “INTERNATIONAL”, “PROFI” tariff packages, as well as the General Tariffs for Banking Services for Business Clients (hereinafter referred to as the Tariffs), will come into effect.

To improve the service conditions for Business clients, the commission for account opening within the “SMART”, “INTERNATIONAL”, and “PROFI” packages, as well as third-party bank fees for foreign currency payments, will be cancelled. These commissions will be incorporated into the total cost of foreign currency payments and will no longer be charged separately.

Key Changes:

• According to the new version of the General Tariffs for Banking Services, these tariffs apply to all clients using the “For Programmers”, “SmartIT” (for contracts signed before 06.08.2018), “SmartIT”, and “SmartITPro” packages. For clients using the “International”, “Profi”, and “Smart” packages, these tariffs apply only to section 5 – Visa Business Card Transactions and related notes.
   
• For the “SMART”, “INTERNATIONAL”, and “PROFI” tariff packages, the following fees have been revised:
  - Outgoing payment transactions outside the bank;
  - Monthly account maintenance fees for each current account;
  - Closing of current accounts;
  - SMS notifications;
  - Outgoing foreign currency payment transactions to accounts in Greece (in Euros);
  - Minimum commission for currency exchange and for exchanging one foreign currency for another;
  - Issuance of cheque books and sale of promissory note forms;
  - Acceptance of cash in both national and foreign currencies for crediting to own accounts;
  - Monthly maintenance of accounts with credit facilities from non-residents (for each agreement), regardless of whether the contract has been transferred from another bank or a new credit/loan agreement with a non-resident has been registered;
  - Providing account status information (in SWIFT MT940 format).
   
• Within the “INTERNATIONAL” package:
  
  - The commission for buying foreign currency with UAH for subsequent transfer to any bank in Greece has been removed;
  - The commission for cash withdrawals in both national and foreign currency has been revised.
