Piraeus Bank Launches Utility Bill Payment Service in Winbank Mobile Banking

Piraeus Bank is delighted to announce the launch of new functionality of utility payment service within its Winbank mobile app. This new feature is designed to simplify and streamline the payment of regular bills and mandatory payments for our valued customers. With an intuitive interface, the new service ensures a comfortable and user-friendly experience.

Now, Piraeus Bank customers can quickly and securely pay their utility bills directly from their mobile devices. The app also offers the convenience of setting up subscriptions to receive new bills, making future payments easier than ever. Best of all, utility bill payments made through the Winbank mobile app are completely commission-free.

To utilize this service, customers need to navigate to the "Payments" section within the app. Upon the first visit, users will be prompted to add their addresses as listed in their registration documents. Alternatively, addresses can be added manually step-by-step. Once an address is added, utility bills associated with that address will automatically appear, complete with information on debts, overpayments, and meter readings provided by each company. Customers can also pay bills for specific companies by searching for the company name or registration number. After the initial payment, a subscription for receiving new bills will be automatically created. Additionally, users have access to receipts for paid bills, enabling them to stay informed about their financial transactions. Bill payment reminders are also available to help avoid missing important payments.
