Information for customers about scheduled maintenance

on Tuesday, 3 September, from 8:00 to 8:30, we will carry out scheduled maintenance. During this time, our card transactions will be temporarily unavailable. This means that cash withdrawals and deposits, card payments, and the Winbank app will not be available.

We always try to schedule such work at a time when most customers are not conducting transactions. However, if you are planning important payments, we recommend that you make them before or after the specified time.

These works are necessary to improve the quality of our services and your experience of using our cards.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

UPD. Dear customers,

Following scheduled maintenance work on 3 September, we have detected a delay in processing some incoming P2P transactions. This means that funds transferred to your cards may be temporarily unavailable.

What it means for you:
- If you were expecting to receive money on your card, there is a possibility that the funds will be delayed.
- We are actively working to resolve this situation as soon as possible.
