Piraeus Bank implemented possibility to connect to call center via Skype

For the clients’ convenience Piraeus Bank implemented additional interactive possibility to connect to call center via Skype. This is especially important for those who often travel abroad and may call via Skype from anywhere in the world using only Internet access.

"Piraeus Bank constantly develops competitive products, improves technologies and pays great attention to the quality of service for the clients. Free calls via Skype are another step towards our customers. We believe that this service will be especially popular for those customers who value their time, interested in simple and innovative solutions, travel a lot or live outside Ukraine", – commented Natalia Reshetnikova, deputy director of retail business department in Piraeus Bank.

According to her, now being anywhere in the world with an access to the Internet our customer can change or remove the card’s limits, confirm the transaction or if necessary block the payment card.

It should be noted, in case the calls are made upon one’s computer or smartphone they will be free, the customer needs to pay only the cost of Internet service provider. The connection speed with the bank specialist, the quality and stability of communication will depend on the reliability and speed of data transfer provided by the Internet user's device.
