Piraeus Bank now offers nationwide delivery of non-personalized Wincard plastic cards through Nova Poshta! No need to visit a bank office or deal with paperwork—just order online for free in a few clicks and pick up your card at your nearest Nova Poshta. It's that simple! 

What makes this new service special 

• Ease and convenience: Order your card directly through the Winbank mobile app. 
• Time-saving: Card delivery within 3 business days. 
• Real-time Tracking: Check the delivery status directly in the Winbank app. 

How to order your card 

1. Log into the Winbank mobile app. 

2. Go to the “Wallet” section. 

3. Select the option “Open new card.” 

4. Review the card issuing terms. 

5. Choose your city and preferred Nova Poshta office/locker. 

6. Confirm your order. 

All set! Your card has been successfully ordered and is on its way to you! 

Track your card’s journey in the “Wallet” section of the Winbank app or in the card details section. 
 

What you should do after receiving your card 

1. Activate your card in the Winbank app by entering its 16-digit number and CVV code in the activation screen. 

2. Set up your PIN code. 

3. Add your card to your Apple Pay or Google Pay wallets for fast and secure payments. 
 

Important details

• Delivery is only available for Wincards. 
• You can order up to 2 cards per account. 
• The card will be stored at the selected branch/locker for 7 calendar days. Don’t forget to pick it up on time, as on the 8th day, the order will be cancelled and the card issuing fee is non-refundable.
