Now the bank's customers who live or work next to Piraeus Bank Branch at Peremogi Avenue, 9, in Kiev, can enjoy the benefits of European servicing. Along with spacious and modern facilities, the bank offers its clients to take the advantages of high-quality and professional consulting services.
As Svetlana Cherkay stated, member of the Board of Piraeus Bank in Ukraine, financial institution has set a course for branch network expansion, despite the opposite trend at the market among the competitors. "What distinguishes us is the principle of opening new branches: European approach on premises’ design corresponds to politics of doing business, the European management of doing business: transparent pricing, open and honest relationship with clients and partnership approach. We invest in the improvement of our employees and strive that our specialists were not just the sellers of the bank’s services, but also able to provide professional and qualified advice to our clients. What really Ukrainian consumers lack - is understanding of "my bank" concept. There is an understanding of "my doctor", "my barber", but consumers still are not aware of the "my bank" notion for the client - it is a partner who always listens to you and provides with professional advice on any issue and where the client feels a real support. Our goal is to become this kind of bank for our customers", - member of the Board of Piraeus Bank added.
