Please, be kindly informed that PIRAEUS BANK ICB has undertaken maximum measures to protect his own information system and was not damaged by the virus cyberattack that was recorded today and paralyzed the work of many companies.

Therefore all the systems of the Bank are functioning in a regular order, clients servicing and payments processing are carried out without delays and failures.

In our turn, we recommend you to be careful while using electronic resources and not to open files attached to electronic mails and messengers that could damage the operational system and hardware data of your PC. Usually these files have small sizes and following extensions: bat, .cmd, .exe, .com, .js, .hta, .pif, .scr.
