(The cashback program does not include:
– payments related to commercial activities, including payments to equipment suppliers and for wholesale deliveries, for contract work, payment for business services, over-the-counter sales, dating site services
– money transfers, top-ups of electronic wallets and prepaid cards, payment for financial services, including to credit/financial organisations, etc.
– payments for lottery tickets, bets, games and wagers made in casinos and/or bookmakers, including those located on the Internet
– payments for services, fines and payments to state, social, political, religious and charitable organisations
– payments for utility services, communication services and Internet, etc.)

WARNINGS:
– The bank is prohibited from requiring the client to purchase any goods or services from the bank or a related or affiliated person as a mandatory condition for the provision of these services (except for the provision of a package of banking services).
– The client has the right to withdraw from a banking service agreement if such a right is provided by law.
– After the termination of a banking service agreement, including due to the expiration, cancellation, or fulfillment of such an agreement, the client has the right to request information (a certificate) from the bank regarding the fulfillment of the parties' obligations established by the agreement, including information (a certificate) about the absence of debt and the full fulfillment of the client's obligations under the agreement. The bank shall provide this information in the form of a paper or electronic document (at the client's choice) within five working days from the date the bank receives such a request.
