Information on the approval and implementation of the Public Contract for Business clients

Dear customers! We inform you that as of May 20, 2024, the Bank will enter into force the Public Agreement for banking services at JSC "PIRAEUS BANK MKB" for business entities, non-resident legal entities, and representative offices (hereinafter the Public Agreement)
A public contract is a contract whose terms of service are set the same for all Business clients of the Bank.
When servicing under the terms of the Public Contract, it significantly simplifies the document flow between the client and the bank, which is particularly relevant. In the event that the legislation is updated, it is not necessary to re-sign a new version of the contract every time - it will be enough to update the version of the Public Contract on the Bank's website and receive official information from the Bank within the established terms.
Clients join the Public Contract by signing the Application for Joining.
In the event of a change in the terms of customer service, you must complete an Addendum to the Application for Joining.
The following banking services are included in the Public Agreement:

  • - current account and payment transactions,
  • - a current account with a corporate payment card,
  • - remote service using the client-bank system,
  • - SMS - information.

The public agreement is posted on the official website of the Bank at the following link: https://www.piraeusbank.ua/en.
To receive a new service, open an additional account, update data, change managers, owners, location or any other change within the framework of a legal matter, you will be asked to sign the Application for joining the Public Contract.
