- the recipient did not specify the necessary transfer data (transfer code). If there are doubts about the transfer, the cashier can clarify the name of the sender and other information (point of departure, amount);
- the data of the recipient (full name) in the presented identity card do not match the data of the recipient specified in the transfer by the sender.

I sent a transfer using the money transfer system. For various reasons, the recipient cannot receive the transfer (he has lost his passport). Is it possible to transfer the transfer to another person?

In order to reissue the transfer to another person, the sender must:
- write a statement in which to specify the details of the transfer, the name and surname of the new recipient
- present the form on which the transfer was sent
- present an identity document

They sent me a transfer to my maiden name. Can I get money for my passport and marriage certificate?

No. The surname in the passport must match the surname to which the money transfer was sent.

In which currency will the recipient receive the transfer?
